Getting Started with Evolve Mowing

At Evolve Mowing, we understand that transitioning to a new lawn care solution can seem daunting. That’s why we’ve streamlined our contact and consultation process, ensuring that beginning your journey to a perfect lawn is as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to get started:
Step 1: Reach Out
Simply fill out our online contact form or call (781) 291-4020. Let us know if you’re interested in our residential or commercial lawn mowing services and provide us with basic information about your lawn care needs and your property on the South Shore.
Step 2: Schedule a Consultation
After we receive your inquiry, one of our lawn care specialists will reach out to you to schedule a free on-site consultation at a convenient time. This is primarily done in person so that we can assess your property.
Step 3: Customized Lawn Care Plan
During the consultation, we’ll discuss your specific lawn care goals, challenges, and preferences. We’ll assess your lawn’s condition, size, boundaries, obstacles and take measurements. Based on this information, we’ll propose a customized lawn care plan that perfectly fits your needs and budget.
Step 4: Implementation
Once you’ve approved the proposed plan, we’ll schedule a date to install the system. Our team will handle all the setup required for our robotic mowers, boundary wires, charging station, ensuring it is configured to navigate your property efficiently and safely.
Step 5: Ongoing Support
Our support doesn’t end after the initial setup. We provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure your lawn stays beautiful and healthy. Our team will readily address any inquiries or additional service needs you might have.
Installation Process Details
The initial visit consists of measuring the property and determining what mower to use and the best layout of the boundary wire.
Driveway and walkway crossings will be discussed. Some installs require the cutting of driveways or removal of walkway pieces to place the wire. Driveway cuts will be sealed and walkways reassembled.
Installation of the boundary wire happens mechanically with a cable laying machine, 2-4 inches below the ground.
The homeowner is responsible for marking or notifying Evolve Mowing of any potential property that could be damaged by the installation process. (e.g. irrigation, wiring, dog fences, etc.) Dig Safe will be contacted when necessary.
The mower dock will require a standard electrical outlet power source. Solar station options are available with an additional cost.
Installation will include initial activation and set-up of the mower as well as testing.
Post Installation Details

Homeowner Purchased Mowers with Installation Services
Includes one visit, approximately 2 weeks after installation to check on the mower operation. Adjustments will be made at this time if necessary.
All damage to wiring or the mower that does not fall into the Warranty coverage (2 years) are the responsibility of the homeowner. Warranty information from Husqvarna will be provided at the time of installation.
Any changes in layout, additional service visits, damage, maintenance, will be billed separately.
Subscription Services with Evolve Mowing Equipment
Includes all mower maintenance and repair

A portion or all of the installation is covered with the 3 subscription packages (see details below)
Customizable add-ons, trimming, fertilization, irrigation maintenance, etc. are available
Maintenance and repair services do not cover damage from negligence
